5.1 Opening a User Account

  2. Only one Real account is permitted per player and per household. 5.2 Closing a Player's User Account

  2. After the User Account has been closed by Player's request, the Casino reserves the right to decline re-opening the User Account for up to 72 hours.

5.3 Overall Rules Applicable to User Account

  1. Players are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information confidential. Should a player give away, share or lose his or her account number and/or password, Company will not be held liable for any claims regarding such account and player waives all causes of action that he or she may have due to the disclosure of his or her account information.

6.1 Depositing to a Player's User Account

  1. The process of placing a bet cannot be revoked, and therefore, cannot be reimbursed. In case a Player loses the bet, he or she cannot get the stake money back.
  2. The Player understands that he or she is allowed to use only legal funds for playing at Crypto Palace Casino.
  3. A minimum verification deposit of $20 will have to be made and wagered at least once through before a withdrawal can be paid to you, or if you have not made a deposit in the last 90 days. This also applies to withdrawals that were rejected and are re-requested for payment 90 days after your last purchase. Any withdrawal originating from a deposit that is less than stipulated above will be deemed null and void.
  1. Making a deposit into your account in conjunction with a live balance greater than $10 is not permitted. Winnings generated from such gameplay will be forfeited.

6.2 Withdrawing from a Player's User Account

  1. In order for any withdrawal to be paid to you, the original deposit needs to be wagered 1x through.

The remaining balance, if any, would be processed during the following week(s), starting with the set minimum amount and/or according to a Player's status.
  3. Withdrawals can only be processed on receipt of the following documents from players:

  4. The documents review process will only commence once ALL required or requested documents have been received.
  5. 6.3 The Overall Depositing and Withdrawing Rules

  1. The Player understands that all materials relating to the Casino will automatically be considered void in case a Player alters, mutilates, forges, tampers with or modifies them in any manner or attempts to do so, or cause others to do so. Consequently, all reported winnings, gaming, attempted gaming, during or following such attempts and/or modifications will automatically be considered void as well.

  9. The Player understands that reversing a cash-in back to a Player's casino balance cannot be treated as a deposit. Therefore, a Player is not allowed to claim a bonus on any reversed cash-in amount.
  10. The Player understands that in order to claim any coupon, free promotion, or make a new deposit, the Player needs to play through the current deposit, bonus or free promotion, and the balance on a Player's account must be below $1. 7.4 MATCH BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Only players who have registered a Real account are eligible to receive promotions. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, SUFFERED BY YOU BY REASON OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY DEFECT IN THE SOFTWARE OR SERVER, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential or special damages, or the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
  5. PRIVACY PRINCIPLES. There are times when the Company may need to collect information from you through our websiteconcerning your credit history and/or your hardware. This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon failure by you to comply with its terms. This Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by an authorized officer of the Company.
  7. TERMINATION. The Company may terminate your license to use the Software at any time, with or without cause, forthwith without notice. Upon termination of this agreement for any reason, you will immediately delete the Software from the computer in which it is installed.
  8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This End-User License constitutes the entire agreement between us with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties
